Items covers the non-equipment objects stored in the current game database: medicine, combat tools, key items, crafting materials, currencies, fishing catches, trade goods and event-managed objects. For weapons, armor, accessories and other wearable objects, see Equipment. Piercings have their own Piercings page. Spell and ability records are not items on this page.
The catalog is generated from the current game database and event commands. It contains 346 named player-facing records. Fixed shop and item-grant locations are listed where the game names the item directly. A blank acquisition trail does not prove that an item is unused. Random treasure, enemy drops, crafting and some quest rewards choose an item through variables, so their destination cannot always be tied to one item ID without following the live event state.
Contents
Using items
Open the Normal Menu and choose Item to use a normal medicine or tool. Some objects work only on a map, only during combat or only while a related event is active. Key items, crafting materials and currencies usually do nothing when selected directly. Their event consumes or checks them when needed.
The Use column describes how the database and item event treat the object:
- Consumed removes one use or one copy.
- Reusable has no standard use limit, although its event can still impose a cooldown or location restriction.
- Automatic activates through a common event rather than direct selection.
- Event-managed is checked, changed or consumed by a quest, shop, workshop or map event.
- Material, Trade or event and Resource or container describe objects that feed another system rather than producing a normal item-menu effect.
The database Value is a reference number, not a promise that a shop buys or sells the object for that amount. Individual shops and event exchanges can use different prices.
Useful items at a glance
| Item | Why to keep it |
|---|---|
| Maiden's Secret Diary | Opens game information and settings. |
| Auto-Healer | Automatically uses supported medicine when its configured conditions are met. |
| Body Checker | Shows health, body measurements and related character values. |
| Spool of Thread | Returns to coordinates registered by its event routine. |
| Whisperweed | Opens saving away from normal save points. One is consumed. |
| Pouch | Opens a direct-use menu for supported items. |
| Super Scanner | Shows nearby enemies' stats and elemental resistances. |
| Vending Machine | Summons an ammunition vendor with stock unlocked through the gun-lover signboard system. |
| Crystal Shard | Pays for abilities and permanent ability-system upgrades. |
| Magirock | Supplies capacity for ordinary magic. It is normally reserved rather than consumed. |
| Gate Crystal | Eight qualifying boss crystals open the Gate to Another World. |
Recovery, status treatment and body changes
Potion and Ether strength comes from the current database, not the older figures found in some guides. A Hi-Potion restores 300 HP in the current game. An Elixir restores all HP and MP and clears its listed status set. Check the catalog for the exact current values.
Several remedies call custom events instead of the standard RPG Maker medicine routine. Dewormer removes supported parasites. Maiden's Kiss reverses the Frog transformation. Body Checker reports character measurements, while Buxomize Pill and Geridelbar Fruit change supported body values. These effects can depend on the character and current transformation.
Auto-Healer watches for its own trigger conditions and consumes supported recovery medicine automatically. It does not make every medicine infinite, and normal carrying limits still apply.
| Problem | Standard treatment |
|---|---|
| HP | Potion: 100; Hi-Potion: 300; X-Potion: 999 |
| MP | Ether: 50; Dry Ether: 200; X-Ether: 400 |
| Poison | Antidote |

| Silence | Book of Curing Silence |
| Paralysis | Gold Needle |
| Bleeding | Hemostat |
| Knockdown, Captured or Freeze | Teleport Stone |
| Slime-Coated | Holy Water or VIP Towel |
| Fear | Stimulant |
| Several common ailments | Remedy; the stronger Antidote at ID 0904 covers Poison, Blindness, Silence and Paralysis |
| Frog transformation | Maiden's Kiss |
| Supported parasite | Dewormer |
Permanent stat changes
The following consumables change the chosen character permanently. Save before using one if you are unsure which character should receive it.
| Item | Permanent change |
|---|---|
| Perfect Grand Magic Elixir | Maximum HP +2 |
| Magic Source | Maximum MP +1 |
| Muramasa | Attack +2 |
| Vitality Pellet | Defense +2 |
| Rubber Nipples | Magic +2 |
| Takoyaki | Spirit +2 |
| Angel's Tear | All main stats +10 |
| Soul Pot 1 / 4 / 8 / 16 | Grants the stated number of points through the choose-a-stat routine |
| Drain Pot 16 / 32 / 64 | Removes the stated number of points through the choose-a-stat routine |
Combat and field tools
Combat tools cover temporary buffs, screen-wide attacks, elemental weapon coatings and escape effects. Their duration is real time or event time as stated in the catalog. Bosses commonly resist instant-kill tools. Holy Symbol and Pest-Control Wand deal heavy damage to supported bosses instead of deleting them.
Field tools include saving, warping, darkness control and portable services. Maps can block Exit, emergency escape, coordinate warps or the portable inn when their event flow requires it. Whisperweed opens saving where supported, but the item is consumed.
Keys and quest items
Key objects are normally checked by map events. Keep them until the related event removes them. A key's database value does not make it ordinary shop stock. Some records represent progress counters or a visible copy of state that the game also stores in switches and variables.
The acquisition column reports only fixed item IDs. If a quest hands out one of several rewards through a variable, the catalog leaves that source unresolved rather than assigning every possible result to the map.
Materials, smithing and trade goods
Crafting materials feed workshops, medicine creation and other event recipes. Smithing materials modify equipment through the blacksmith system. Fishing catches and valuables may be sold, exchanged or checked by a quest. The item description and the receiving event decide which use applies.
Do not treat every object with a nonzero value as safe to sell. Quest and event items can share the same database fields as ordinary trade goods.
Items do not carry an ordinary Curse Level because they are not equipped. A few tools remove or alter persistent equipment states:
| Item | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Collar Key | Removes supported slave collars. It is not a universal curse remover. |
| Dewormer | Removes supported parasites. See Parasites. |
| Demon Stripper | Removes ordinary Curse Level 1 equipment. It does not remove Level 2 equipment. |
| Curse Talisman Doll | Removes an equipped talisman from its supported curse family. |
| Cursed Doll | Changes the Forced Nudity Talisman into the Money-Draining Talisman. It does not remove the curse. |
| Repair Kit | Releases supported mechanical equipment locks when the event conditions are met. |
Complete item catalog
The tables exclude all ordinary equipment, piercings, Magic, Enchantment, Reactive Magic, Support Magic and Ability records. Internal separator rows and price-test dummies are also omitted. Debug tools appear in their own collapsed section so that normal players do not mistake them for ordinary rewards.
Acquisition notes: Shop is a fixed shop list. Event/chest/return is a fixed add-item command and may be a reward, chest, return of stored property or another scripted transfer. No fixed shop or grant found means that no direct fixed-ID source was found. It does not mean unobtainable.
