Note that in previous versions, the masochism and slave piercings would prevent masturbation. As of revision 854, this seems to have been changed, though it may still prevent it if the piercing is located on the clit or vag (confirmation needed).
The cost to remove 奴隷の and 雌豚の piercings depend on their location, going from 4000 gold to at least 20000
Besides the Back Alley event you can get both slave and masochism piercings for free if you buy the house in Capital City. Just pick up as many as you want from the drawer in the northeast room. Still need to visit the witch to get them on though.
Also you can get a "free" clit masochism piercing and two bell nipple piercings at the Forgotten Mansion if you become a cat and talk to the boss and choose to play.
