About Types

Internally, the game uses 3 different main classes for characters - Warrior, Mage and Battlemage aka Hybrid. Characters of other types are unique exceptions. For the most part, these classes are what define starting abilities, stat growth, weapon/equipment limitations and how well the character performs with certain types of weapons.

Displayed character type can be different from the internal character type. This page lists the displayed type first, followed by internal type in parentheses if it differs.

Some characters also possess the rare ability of changing their internal type temporarily with specific equipment. Those are listed in "Special" section under the character.


Warriors

    • Resistant to curse, absorption and ice, but weak to other attributes. Susceptible to abnormal statuses.
    • Attack, Magic and MP can grow to very high levels but defense and spirit do not increase. Can't use powerful armors.
