(Note that this list is very much an incomplete work in progress, I will try and update it as I can. Also note that some of the translations are rather rough so if they seem odd that is why. Feel free to provide more accurate translations if you can.)

Weapons

• Gloves グローブ - Starting gear: Nanako - Get for 150g at shop - +7 attack, +1 Defense - Can be worn by Nanako

• Leather Gloves レザーグローブ - Get for 500g at shop - +12 attack, +1 Defense - Can be worn by Nanako

• Durable Gloves 丈夫なグローブ - Get for 1200g at shop - +15 attack, +3 Defense - Can be worn by Nanako
• Claw Glove 鉤爪グローブ - 1 Glove グローブ, 2 Sharp Claws 鋭利な爪 - +4 Attack, attack twice with each punch, changes attack animation.

• Long Stick 長棒 - Crafted - +14 Attack, +7 Defense
• Gloves of the City 都のグローブ - Get for 2400g at weapons shop in Capital (East side of entrance) - +27 Attack, +4 Defense
• Iron Arm 鉄甲 - Get for 4200g at weapons shop in Capital (East side of entrance) - +27 Attack, +5 Defense, -10 Agility, only 1 range.
• Iron Claw 鉄の爪 - Get for 4000g at weapons shop in Capital (East side of entrance) - +30 Attack, attack twice with each punch, changes attack animation.
• Iron Tonfa 鉄拐 - Get for 3750g at weapons shop in Capital (East side of entrance) - +35 Attack, +28 Defense
• Willow Leaf Sword 柳葉刀 - Get for 5000g at weapons shop in Capital (East side of entrance) - +21 Attack, +1 Defense, changes attack animation, only 1 range.
• Tiger/Dragon Claws - Get for 8000g at the weapons shop in the monster town accessable through either the Books in Onsen Town or through the old ladies portal that you get medicine for earlier. Taking the portal will make you have to get through 1 or 2 Phoenix type enemies. Do not fight at low level. --These Claws have the highest attack power and allow for multiple strikes within 2 range from one press of the attack button.
• Oak/Orc Cock - Originally Buyable from your ghostly self but no longer accesable in the newest versions. It would be worn as Underwear and Would basically make you OP and be the raper not the raped. (no raping of anything by Nanako occurs.)

• Rope 縄 - Get from box in Witch's basement in house northwest of Onsen Town - +5 Spirit, lowers Attack and Agility to 1. - Can be worn by Nanako, Serena

• Action Dress アクションドレス - Get for 4600g at Armor shop in Capital (West side of entrance) - +30 Defense, +5 Agility

• Waitress Uniform ウェイトレス制服 - Get from dresser in Bath resort east of Onsen Town - No stat bonuses but changes character graphics - Can be worn by Nanako, Serena

• Apron エプロン - Get from dresser in Bath resort east of Onsen Town - No stat bonuses but changes character graphics - Can be worn by Nanako, Serena

• So Far in the newest version Neither the Armor shops in Onsen Town nor the Capitol Sell Underwear anymore. If you know where to buy some Please post here. Edit : The lottery vendor sells underwear.

• Ovulation Medicine 強制排卵剤 - Found in a wooden bucket inside the hot springs building in Onsen town (also other places) - Stimulates pregnancy
• Contraceptive Drug 避妊薬 - bought from Item Shop for 100g - Prevents pregnancy

Misc.

• Holy Symbol ホーリーシンボル - bought from Item Shop for 100g - Increases purity when used.
• Skill Book 1 技の書１ - bought from Item Shop for 1000g - Use to learn the "Spin Kick" move for Nanako. Hold down "z" and charge to use.
• Skill Book 2 技の書２ - bought from Item Shop for 1200g - Use to learn the "Ki Blast" move for Nanako. Hold down "shift" and charge then release to fire projectile. Only usable in the Normal Stance.
• Skill Book 3 技の書３ - bought from Item Shop for 1500g - Use to learn the "Counter" move for Nanako. Hold down "shift" to charge while in the Front Gate Stance then release to deliver a powerful punch with possible knockback. Note that if you move while the punch animation is playing Nanako will move slowly for a bit.
• Skill Book 4 技の書４ - bought from Item Shop for 2500g - Use to learn ?. Allows you to attack while in the Back Gate Stance.
• Train Ticket to Capital - bought from Item Shop for 7000g - Allows you to ride the train to the Capital
