Isabella
In order to meet Isabella you must first rent a house from the Real Estate Office in White Town. Afterwards if you travel to the Border of the Fogs the event will trigger. At the end of the dialogue you will be given the choice between taking her in as your assistant or ignoring her offer all together.
Note: Isabella is a slave/assistant that you can get for "free". Her beauty can be boosted to A+ via neoplasty. Note: Isabella's aura might be tough to manage early on so you should avoid assigning her as your slave until your character is ready to train her.
Julia
If you are playing as Johnny (or choose his portrait in custom start), a few days after you become a patrician, you will get a message that someone claiming to be your sister has arrived. Visit the Vatican with no slave to pick her up.
Pregnant Slave Taken
If one of your slaves (slave/assistant/prisoner) has been pregnant for more than 150 days (5 months) you'll receive a visit from Reverend Mother Esther Blanchett accompanied by a platoon of the Swiss Guard. She will briefly explain that without the Vatican's supervision babies are born soulless and die shortly after being born. She proceeds to strong arm you into giving up your slave and will refund you for her current market price. To avoid losing your rightful property consider buying a stethoscope.
Guild Abused Slave Gift
If you sell a slave at auction and your reputation is above 2 then Mistress Angelika will come up to you with an offer to train a slave that was supposed to have gone up for auction. This slave has a lot of hidden traits and starts out in a really rough shape which can make it challenging to train her, but she's a guaranteed Lesbian which might be of interest to any prospective barn entrepreneurs.
