- Enter the white building just to the north of the guild office.
- Your character will hear lewd noises upon entering. Enter the bedroom and speak with the woman being fucked by Goblins.
- The woman's name is Gerbera, after speaking for a bit she will tell you she wants to sell the house for 10,000G.
- Speak with Gerbera again when you have 10,000G, buy the house.
- Once the house has been purchased it's your character's to keep for the rest of the game.

- Note: There is possibly a bug wherein after purchasing the house you may get sent to the Slave Market after sleeping; If this happens the solution is to go to the loan shark and pay off the debt that may have spontaneously accumulated.
