A fiend encountered in combat

General

A Fiend is a creature found in the fogs surrounding Eternal Rome. Their most discernible feature is their countless tentacles, used to attack their soon-to-be victims.

They appear to sustain themselves solely via sexual interaction with women.

Combat

While patrolling the Border of Fogs the player may encounter one of three types of fiend.

Title Vit/Stm/Mrl
Young Fiend 70/60/90
Mature Fiend 120/120/160
Huge Fiend 200/300/300

Raising Fiends

To begin raising a fiend, the slaver must first rent a Fiend Pen from the Real Estate Office.

Next, the slaver must acquire a fiend by either:

  • Catching a fiend's larvae after your slave dies from giving "birth" to the fiend (the slave must be pregnant with a fog fiend and you must have an empty fiend pen);
  • Buying a fiend for $100 from Balalaika.

It is recommended to train your assistant in Fiend Mating to minimize the amount of time it takes to raise the fiend, and ensure it does not die from lack of sexual fulfillment.

After some time the fiend will grow and gain a new rank:

  • D- Larvae/Rear Gripper;
  • C- Dark Juvenile;
  • B+ Tentacle Beast;
  • A+ Kraken;
  • S+ Leviathan.

Each time your fiend grows you'll also be able to extract some alchemical mucus.

Your fog fiend will die if:

  • It is not milked regularly;
  • It is not milked by a slave with the appropriate level of fiend milking skill;
  • It has become a Leviathan.

None of these deaths are instantaneous but you should train your slave or assistant as soon as possible and buy a new fiend after your Leviathan dies from natural causes. The death of a fog fiend will also allow you to extract some more alchemical mucus.

Once a fog fiend grows into a Leviathan, it can be given to Master Valios in exchange for the Raven Crown artifact.
