Introduction

When doing H for the first time with a girl, the player is given only the caress option. After the girl's first cum, the player later can ask the girl to service him. Lastly, when both are done cumming, the player can begin insertion into her.

Risky Days / Pregnancy

The Risky or Safe indicator is located just below the girl's picture when doing H.

Red = Risky Days

Yellow = Safe Days

Risky and safe days alternately lasts for 2 days game time. There is no pregnancy in Koikatsu, it is just limited to a change of dialogue when doing H. This is meant that this game is for casual H players, to enjoy the game to its fullest.

Advanced H Guide

Perfect H result

To achieve a perfect H ending dialogue (usually have 2 lines of dialogue) that increases both H and love rating. You will need to find the girl's sweet spot that is hidden from the game's interface.

If you notice that the cumming bar is increasing faster than normal, that means you hit the girl's sweet spot, continue staying on the sweet spot will trigger the girl's comment earlier before you hit the cumming threshold bar. Each girl can prefer gentle or intense H, for example, a girl with Lady Personality will prefer gentle H than an intense one, hitting the sweet spot gently and cum together 1-2 times will always give the perfect H ending dialogue. Kissing the girl can either help reaching the sweet spot increase faster or slower, and also gives special girl's comment.

This is very useful if you want to maintain the girl's Nympho state.

side note: For nymphos, cumming more than 2 times inside her is the easiest way to increase both H and love rating but you will not receive the perfect H ending dialogue instead you get the exhausted dialogue.
