Tips below only apply to females.
The simplest way is to cause a girl to climax in a position matching her preference, then repeat another climax of hers before the first orgasm ends. Her preference will be indicated by pink hearts for an NPC, blue for the PC. After the peak of an orgasm, the buttons reappear, but the door icon to the lower left will remained grayed out until the orgasm is done. This is when her preferred orgasm is selected again.
You may chain any variety of orgasms together, cumming inside or out, and as long as the first and last match the girl's preference, she will reach ahegao.
Ahegao state can be sustained indefinitely if reached from a penetration position. Ahegao reached from vaginal penetration will continue in every (non-climax) vaginal position and if reached from anal it will similarly continue in every anal position. Ahegao reached from fingering or cunnilingus cannot be sustained in non-climax fingering/cunnilingus positions.
