The game was originally announced on early 2020 with codename "#CRC3D", in the 33rd KISS's official Niconico live broadcast. However, due to the COVID-19 situation at that time, there was no further news of progress for 3 years. Later, KISS released a series of teaser images showing the construction site of the in-game facilities until the 47th KISS official Niconico broadcast on August 19, 2023 and the game was reintroduced in the same days.
After gradually revealing information through livestreams for approximately two years, the official release date was announced as August 28, 2026, during KISS's 67th official Niconico live broadcast. Pre-orders and the crowdfunding project opened on the same day,April 24, 2026.
