This is full item list and guide for Teatime's game らぶデス4～ν-Realtime Lovers～ (Love Death 4 ~Realtime Lovers~).

There are two different styles of maid outfit. There is a short maid uniform (Shouko's in the house area is an example of that) and the long maid uniform (Shiina's in the house area is an example of this). The item names makes no distinction between these two, they are both called maid outfit, but there are two distinct styles.

Notice: items might not be in places described below. Following are the cause:

• Girls start with no items and will pick up items if near them. In free mode the girl's starting location is fixed so it is down to the AI to determine where they go and what items they pick up. This is why you will find them in different locations with different items on each play of free mode.
• Animals in an area may cause an item to move. If an animal walks past an item, it may end up being dragged along by the animal.

Girls and Clothes Sizes

Each girl has a size for their clothes. Because of this some are able to share clothing with others while others are not. For ero items, hair accessories, hair styles and weapons it is easy, all the girls are able to equip the same things. So if it equipped in the girls secret slots (the 3 next to the 9x9 grid), the top row of the 9x9 grid or the center cell of the 9x9 grid, then you can equip it on anyone.

For the bottom left and bottom center boxes of the 9x9 grid (panties and socks usually, but they put some other stuff into these) it is really separated into two sizes. Shiina and Miharu share the same size and the rest share the same size. A good way of looking at this is who can equip the strap-ons. You will notice that Shiina and Miharu can put on the large strap-on and everyone else can wear the medium strap-on. A problem occurs if the item is a full body item, like the Overalls or the School Swimsuit. Since they are tailored to a certain body size you will see some issues. For example, if you put Yuuki's swimsuit onto Shouko then you will see Shouko's boobs come through the swimsuit. The same is also true going the other way, if you put Shiina's overalls onto Miharu you will see the clothing's shape to follows Shiina's body.

For bra type (middle right on the 9x9 grid) and clothing (middle left on the 9x9 grid) then it is split into four sizes. Shouko and Sachiko share the same size. Nanami, Yuuki and Kaede share the same size. Shiina can't share with anyone (she has the biggest boobs of the lot). Miharu also can't share with anyone (second biggest).

Additional Items

If you install the Sextea Beach addon or any of the DLC (DownLoadable Content) packs you can get more items than the original game gives you, but these items are not placed in the game world though. To get access to these items you have two choices. The first is at the start of freemode where you are given several choices. You will get 7 choices (as of DLC 5).

The first choice will give you the Sextea Beach additional items. The second will give you DLC 1 and Christmas items. The third will give you DLC 2 items. The fourth will give you DLC 3 items. The fifth will give you DLC 4 items. Finally the sixth will give you DLC 5 items and the seventh will give you all of the DLC items. If you don't want any of the items you are able to right click to break out of the scenario.

The second is to talk to Sachiko, (the one in the black dress). You are then given eight choices. (as of DLC 5).

The first choice gives you nothing. The second choice gives you the Sextea Beach items. The third choice gives you more consumable items, useful if you run out. What you get given is 6 Lunches, 6 Snack Bars, 6 Watermelons, 6 Pink Medicines, 2 Chickens and 2 Beefs. The fourth choice gives you the DLC 1 and Christmas items. The fifth choice gives you the DLC 2 items. The sixth choice gives you the DLC 3 items. The seventh choice gives you the DLC 4 items. Finally the last choice gives you the DLC 5 items.

	Kaoru's Hat	カオルの帽子	On a ledge outside of the third floor behind the school. The best way to get to this item is to go out onto the balcony on the second floor. Head towards your right (this will take you towards the gymnasium). Jump over the edge of the balcony onto the ledge the otherside. If you follow this ledge around to the back of the school you should see the hat on the ledge above you. It is the same wall that has the ladders leading to the roof.
	Learning Hat	修道帽	When you enter the school follow the hallway to the left and around the corner.
	Love Potion (Pink Medicine)	ピンクの薬	Two in area located. One is on the ledge outside the school. The second is in the second floor girls toilet.
	Lunch	ランチ	Two in the area. One is on a ridge on the left hand side of the school (go around to the left between the gym and the school and look up). The second is in the kitchen (third floor of the school).
	Maid Outfit (Shouko's)	翔子メイド服	In the middle of the sports field. This is the long style maid outfit.
	Maid Outfit (Shiina's)	椎菜メイド服	On the roof, to the left your left as you leave the school building. This is the short style maid outfit.
	Magi Hat	マジ帽	In the art classroom (room to the left on the third floor of the school).
	Nanami's Sickle	奈々美鎌	In the archery range.
	One Piece	ワンピース	Three in the area. Miharu's is to the right of the school's main gate. Nanami's is next to the vending machine by the bus stop. Kaede's is special, the item itself is out of bounds and you can't get it by collecting it. If however you go to the school, it should actually end up in Sachiko's inventory.
	Overall	オーバーオール	Two in the area. Shiina's is in the gymnasium in the center. Miharu's is in the art classroom (room to the left on the third floor of the school).
	Doll (Risa) / Risa's Memory	リーサの思い出	On the roof. If you go out onto the roof from inside the school itself you will use the stairwell. You can get on top of the stairwell roof by going around to the right hand side. If you do you will find a ladder up to the very top. This will be directly ahead of you.
	School Swimsuit (Yuuki's)	夕姫スクール水着	Near the boat on the river back (opposite to the bus stop).
	Shrine Maiden	巫女服	There are two in the area. Shouko's is on the roof at the very top (get out onto the roof and up onto the stairwell, there is a little fenced area with a pole on top of it, jump on here and you will find the outfit). Yuuki's is on the ledge above the second floor balconey (best way to get to it is to go up the ladder on the balconey to get to the ledge and then go left, past the second ladder to get to the roof, all the way to the wall).
	Snack Bar	うめいぼー	One in the area. In the tree to the right of the school's main entrance.
	Vibe B	バイヴB	Located in the schools infirmary on a desk.
	Watermelon	すいか	Two in the area. One is in the music room (last room to the right on the second floor) on top of the piano. The other is on the roof behind the tall cylindrical structures.

	Chicken	とりにく	Two of these in the area. Both of them are by the second sewer enterance, the one in the middle of the building.
	China Dress	チャイナ服	There are two in the area. Shouko's and Shiina's are behind the large tower to your right after you enter the area.
	Hairband B Type	ヘアバンドBタイプ	From your starting position and direction (by the bus facing towards the grey building). If you turn around and then go towards your right you will find it on the ground behind some trees.
	Haircut (Minamo Style)	みなもスタイル	If you go your left from where you start and jump on top of the building it will be right in front of you.
	Haircut (Yotsuba Style)	よつばスタイル	On the second building to your right in the main alley way, climb onto the large building by using the wall with the coloured squares and then go to the right and climb again. It will be in front of you.
	Doll (Kaoru) / Kaoru Memory	カオルの思い出	By the second sewer enterance, the one in the middle of the building.
	Love Potion (Pink Medicine)	ピンクの薬	Two of these in the area. One is in the little park in the area. The other is by the second sewer enterance, the one in the building.
	Lunch	ランチ	Two of these in the area. For one of them, if you start from the park and follow the right most path you will find it on your left. The other is by the second sewer enterance, the one in the building.
	Maid Outfit	メイド服	There are two in the area. Yuuki's is behind the large tower to your right as you enter the area. Miharu's is on top of the very tall building with a lift, just follow the stairs down. This is the short style outfit.
	One Piece	ワンピース	There are three in the area. Shouko's is on the large tower to your right after you enter the area, you need to climb twice to get it. Shiina's is on the buildings to the left. If you climb on top of the buildings you will find it tucked away in a corner near the outside lift for that very tall building. Yuuki's is on the large pipe on the second building on the right in the main alley.
	Overall (Shouko's)	翔子オーバーオール	After climbing the wire for the lift outside of the very tall building it will be on your right when you reach the very top.
	Rabbit Ears	ウサミミ	From the bus follow the big road forward and it is on the ground to your right on top of a grey rectangle.
	School Swimsuit (Miharu's)	美晴スクール水着	On top of the first arc you see. You need to get on top of the buildings to get it.
	Shrine Maiden (Shiina's)	椎菜巫女服	On top of the large tower to your right after you enter the area, you need to climb three times to get it.
	Snack Bar	うめいぼ	Two in the area. One is on top of the enterance to the large tower to your right after you enter the area by the bus. The other is by the second sewer enterance, the one in the building.
	Strap-on (Medium)	ディルドパンツ【中】	Located in the sewers amongst all the murderous men in red. The size denotes who is able to wear this. Medium is usable by the smaller girls, Yuuki, Nanami and Kaede.
	Strap-on (Large)	ディルドパンツ【大】	Located in the sewers amongst all the murderous men in red. The size denotes who is able to wear this. Large is usable by the larger girls, Shouko, Shiina and Miharu.
	Watermelon	すいか	Two in the area. One is in the little park in the area, it is in the bushes so it can be difficult to find. The other is by the second sewer enterance, the one in the building.
