Basically, Carmilla here offers rare items in exchange of souls (the items you can use to increase stats).
Many of those are weird items, joke, references to game or popular culture, and most have heavy drawbacks and advantage.
How to get access to the Devil's store
In the mountain cave dungeon, after the slime, there's another big room with insects. Find the stone tablet in the south east small room.
