Can not open output file
For the error "Can not open output file" when trying to extract the DLC and add-on data, make sure you do not extract the zipped files to their own folders. The long directory paths are causing the error. Simple solution is to use "Extract Here" to just extract the .exes or to change the folder names so that they are shorter.
