Contents
Directions
Exit Hot Springs Town from the South Gate. Keep running directly south until you reach Barqahasa.
Map Route
Hot Springs Town South Gate → Hot Springs Town South → South Bridge Exit → Desert Entrance → Desert → Barqahasa Entrance → Barqahasa
Notable places
Barqahasa Beach
Barqahasa Beach is the main strip of the town. The entire southern edge of the town is taken up by the beach. When you enter Barqahasa Beach, immediately heading south will lead you to the vendor shops.
Weapons Shop
This appears to be either bugged or incomplete. The merchant can be spoken to, but he never offers you an option to buy or sell anything.
Armor Shop
You can buy various clothes here, some of which will actually change the artwork of Nanako's close–up portrait.
Rental Shop
You can rent a swimsuit here for 100G. If you choose to take off only the top, you won't actually change your clothes. If you choose to change into a swimsuit set, you will change into the Dangerous Swimsuit (a micro bikini). If you choose an ordinary swimsuit, you will change into a sukumizu (i.e. a Japanese school swimsuit). When you are changing, a voyeur peeps on you and masturbates.
If you talk to the rental shop vendor again, you can return the swimsuit. If you don't talk to the rental shop vendor, you can simply leave Barqahasa wearing your swimsuit. However, you won't be able to change any of your equipment until you return the swimsuit to the vendor. Note: There currently appears to be an exploitable bug that will allow you to change your equipment even while renting a swimsuit. Once you rent a swimsuit, use your Portable Portal to teleport to any other location. After you teleport, you will be able to freely change your equipment, without needing to return the swimsuit first.
Nobles' Casino
When you first enter Barqahasa, if you head north, you will encounter a pair of guards stationed at the gate of a fenced–in area. If you try to pass, the guards will prevent you from entering, because only nobles are allowed to enter that casino.
To gain entry, you need to talk to the little boy in the nobles' residential area (see below). Once you have entered the casino, the only thing you can do here is talk to various NPCs. Occasionally, you won't be able to leave the casino from the main entrance; this appears to be due to a bug, although I haven't yet figured out what circumstances triggers this bug. To leave the casino in this situation, you must use the Portable Portal and teleport to a location (you can teleport to Barqahasa, you will simply end up on the main strip of Barqahasa Beach).
Commoners' Casino
Located in the Southwest corner of town. You can freely enter this casino, but the only thing you can do here is talk to various NPCs.
Nobles' Residential Area
Located in the Northwest quadrant of town, directly north of the commoners' casino. The first time you try to enter this area, the guards will prevent you from entering.
Once you have obtained the Guild Badge from the Guild Master (see below), you can enter this area. If you talk to a little boy that is loitering between two of the buildings, he will offer to sneak you into the nobles' casino for 1000G. If you pay him, you will end up in the nobles' casino.
Guards Main Building
Located at the north center of town, between the nobles' residential area and casino. The Adventurer's Guild is located inside this building, in the Southwest corner.
Adventurer's Guild
When you talk to the Guild Master for the first time, she tells you that there is no work for adventurers in Barqahasa because the soldiers/guards take all of the requests that adventurers would normally be doing. She will then give you a Guild Badge. This badge will allow you to enter the nobles' residential area, but you still won't be able to get into the nobles' casino, even with the badge.
Quests
There are no quests guild quests available in Barqahasa, because the soldiers in the town have taken all of the requests.
