After accepting the quest, walk out of the Guild Hall and enter the doctor's office right around the corner.
Talk to the doctor, she will ask Nanako to pick up some medical herbs.
Go to the East Forest.
- To get there, leave the Capital through the south exit of the trade district.
- Once you get to a crossroad, go east. keep going until you see a statue and some graves.
- Take the trail leading north into the trees.

Inside the forest are patches of flowers, you need to find the ones with red and white flowers.
- You need three herbs to complete the quest.
- Picking up four or more herbs will trigger an H-Scene where the doctor uses a vibrator on Nanako when turning in the herbs.
- The herbs spawn randomly around the forest, keep looking if you can't find any.
