What do you mean, what kind of chat clients?

I'm getting the error プレミアムスタジオ stopped working

when i try to run the game, after i see the black screen with 'loading now'.

Anyone has an idea what it could be? I'm 100% sure its installed correctly and i have permanent japanese applocale on (i also tried the HF applocale thingy) so that doesnt seem to be the problem.

Im on Win7 64, core i7, nvidia 460, ...
