RPG Maker is a series of game engines released by Enterbrain Inc which cater towards home user and small studio creation of JRPGs though other genres are possible with heavy scripting.

Though not in itself a H game, the engines have been used to make a number of H Games ranging from short single person developments to large scale ventures which have taken a small team a number of years to complete.
