What it is: Pictures and Json file replacement to include loli content back into the game, if you have downloaded the "no-loli version" of the game.
Instruction: unpack the folder named "game" into your "Jack-o-nine-tails v2.0 - no-loli version". You should be prompted replace the files that are already in the game (if not, you are doing something wrong).
