*Location: Hot Spring Town

== Guide ==
* Enter the white building just to the north of the guild office.
* Nanako will hear lewd noises upon entering. Enter the bedroom and speak with the woman being fucked by Goblins.
* The woman's name is Gerbera, after speaking for a bit she will tell Nanako she wants to sell the house for 10,000G.
* Speak with Gerbera again when you have 10,000G, buy the house.
* Once the house has been purchased it's Nanako's to keep for the rest of the game.

* Nanako's children will be crawling around the house, human babies in the front room with monster babies in the play room.
** The babies can be interacted with, some may even have their own events.
** If Nanako's Dirty is high she will reminisce about being fucked by the baby's father, but if her Purity is high she will have normal dialog or may even resent the fact she became a mother.
* Nanako may use the spa to take a bath. If she has a full [[Semen Bag]] she may take a semen bath. [Serena can't do that.]
** While taking a semen bath Nanako may choose to masturbate or get out early.
** Masturbating will give: Charm +50, Desire +50, Dirty +50.
** Leaving the bath early will give: Charm +25, Desire +25, Dirty +25.
* Nanako may sleep in the master bedroom.
* A teddy bear on the counter can be used to toggle [[Debug Mode]] on and off.
* There is a hatch leading to the basement in the northeast corner of the house.
** There is a Rope in one of the pots.
** The suit of armor can be used to recruit Rin into the party.
** There seems to be a ghost which serves no purpose (as if). She oversees breeding pets (Gerbera had her killed by mating with too many monsters in a short time). If her bones in the cage are glowing, Nanako can interact with them to experience monster gangbang with every pet in the cage. '''Warning''', gangbang produces mental damage.
