Would you mind clarifying what this effect is? A girl with given requirements has 100% chance using a condom. There are no positive/negative effects on condom probability. Perhaps unique dialogue scenes may exist judging by that 'virgin' requisite you mentioned. Details shall be welcomed!

Disregard about the virgin thing, the girl uses condom during first sex, even if not virgin nor lover, and also doesn't follow risk days. Played it four times to check.

−	About cheats and (external) editors, those programs you listed are not the part of in-game. You don't write 'how I played using game modifications' or walkthrough relying on cheats in Wikis. Hgames has no strong 'wiki rules', but still need to maintain the format. Take a look at other games' sections for samples.
