I'm having the same problem (even with the non-modded version direct from the iso). Absolutely every UI element works in the game except for the controls in the lower right H scenes.

Were you or anyone else able to resolve this?

could somebody help me, I go to the H scenes but I can not do anything I can just move the camera, and change the poses but I fail to Algan something the characters and the circle of options at the bottom right could not precionar any buttons, somebody could help? thanks
