Bitch - Mate with all four fuckable dogs in the game (As of version 120124)
Dragon's Mother - Give birth to the child of a Wyvern, remains as long as child is in posession. (Can be encountered through sex scene with wyvern during the Rescue at Wyvern Valley quest)
Goblin's Bride - Get the Goblin Pearl, then lose. Allows you to "recruit" several other characters as goblin's brides.
Goblin's Mother - Give birth to the child of a Goblin, remains as long as child is in posession.
Inhuman Mother - Give birth to a Demihuman, of any monster, remains as long as child is in posession.
Kobold's Mother - Give birth to the child of a Kobold, remains as long as child is in posession.
Minotaur's Mother - Give birth to the child of a Minotaur, remains as long as child is in posession.
Mistress - Refuse the Innkeeper's proposition when your on your last term. (Can be obtained by doing the Innkeeper H-Event in Onsen Town)

Succubus - Complete the demon training. (Can be obtained by selling at least 3? monster babies to Mel and then talking to her to start the quest for it. Grants a new skill which is the ability to defeat monsters by having sex with them. More information?)
NOTE: For Succubus (Half Succubus?) title, if using version 111024 with the latest English translation patch by RogueTranslations, accessing the second and third pages of the secret diary will cause a crash.
