A still incomplete village to the very top north of the map. Several scenes are available here, and seem to be fully translated too.

Directions: Starting at Hot Spring Town, head directly north until you reach the Road to the Frontier. Head one screen north then to the right a little until you see a little path of stairs, follow those up then east. On this screen, across a small bridge there will be a patch of vines you can climb up, at the top of those is Sugarlane Village.
