Bael Altarus
- Previously appeared in: Des Blood 4, Sexy Beach 2 West expansion, Sexy Beach 3 Gravure Disk, and Digital Girl Baeru
Bael started in Des Blood 4 as the second-in-command to the game's villain along with Des Blood 4 heroine, Esk Andersson. She then went on to Sexy Beach 2 West Expansion where players could challenge her to billiards. In Sexy Beach 3, she was cast as the hotel receptionist; she was voted in a poll for the most popular Illusion girl for Sexy Beach 3 expansion gravure disk where she became playable.
Rin Kuwabara
- Previously appeared in: Biko 3 and Digita Girl Rin
Rin was a schoolgirl that appeared in Illusion's stalker sim Biko 3 , she then appeared in Illusion's 3D poser Digital Girl Rin
Hotaru
- Previously appeared in: DesBlood VR
A biological experiment gone awry, Hotaru killed the scientist who created her after having sex with him. She is the villain of Des Blood VR opposite Maria Andersson (who was also in Sexy Beach 3).
