Message Box Template.
Usage:

- icon: What icon to use. forced to 40px width. File name has to be icon_msgbox_FOO.png for icon=FOO. Defaults to notice.
- border: border color. Defaults to #4c5e9e
- background: background color. Defaults to #4c5e9e
- textcolor: textcolor. Defaults to #ccccff
- message: The message text. Defaults to "No message given"
