It's a poser-thing. Allows you to make 3-d scenes, both static and animated (although to a limited capacity), take screenshots. Broad variety of character clothing, backgrounds, customizable poses, adjustable animations and items available enables you to make everything from funny screenshots, digital comics, dance videos, all the way to pretty nasty pornographic content. There's also a way to stylize the screenshot with a frame - like a portrait of a person, or a faux-visual novel interface with a speech box, etc.

The Pro expansion adds pose customizability (repositioning of arms/legs), more items, more clothes, more animations, including several dances (mainly pop-themed).
